Yesterday as I was unloading the 637th box from my car, and the kidlet was sitting on the sidewalk tying his shoe (the kidlet can tie his own shoes now--pretty impressive--no matter that it often takes him 10 minutes interspersed with frustrated screaming), a very good looking man walked by. He smiled at the kidlet sitting there, and then noticed that I was grabbing at a big box. He asked me if I needed help. I thanked him, but no. Then he walked into the house right next door to ours. Yet another good thing about the new pad: cute, nice neighbors.
