Yay Hijo! What kind of a vehicle is that?

It's a scary scary vehicle of the electric type. It's a motorized scooter, which I'm sure is not street legal, but looks like it zooms along pretty well. I am quite glad that a) the helmet is new and looks substantial, and b) that he tried it out at my folks' house and I didn't have to watch. My father bought it for him and both my mother and I are wary of it, but apparently he does really well with it.
