I don't want to alarm anybody with my sadness. Here, it ends up being compressed and processed, made into something new. It's not as overwhelming as it might seem. I come here and let my emotions lead me when I write. Then I go off and live my life.

And that's what's great about a blog. I know in my case, once I've written on my blog I feel so much better. But isn't it great that people are concerned about you?

Cherish the emotion. If you don't feel things deeply, what is the point of life?
My prescription: keep walking - keep loving - keep writing - and one day you will look back and notice this was the "winter of walking."

I understand that need to let those feelings out quite well. And I thought your post yesterday summed up a particular set of emotions quite well, which is why I quoted that entry on my own blog — for my own future reference, as much as my readers. Thank you.

Jen, I do appreciate it very much that folks worry about me, especially those that only know me through the blog.
Nancy, good advice. I hope to keep walking even beyond this winter. It feels so good on so many levels.
Country Mouse, thank you for quoting me on your lovely blog.

Late coming in here, Janeen - your post so reflected where I have been and what I have done - and probably will be/do in the future.
It is human - and it is a bit like friendship, sometimes you only get or give the edited points as they are the most impactful at that moment.
Did that make any sense whatsoever? Anyhow, just returned to blogworld and can really understand.
