so how many unmarried men are there?

I wouldn't think unmarried women would naturally have a lot in common. Probably some of them are college age, some are divorcees in their 40s and 50s, and a third group are widows in their senior years.

Oh, and there are plenty in their 20's and 30's, too. It's a broad spectrum to be sure. But the point is that it's a growing demographic and that single women do have different concernd from married women, no matter their age.
