It was three years ago today that I wrote my first ever blog post. I'd recently turned 40 (well, duh), and had read a profile of Meg Hourihan in The New Yorker (where else?), and was intrigued. I had no idea I'd still be at it three years later, or I might have picked a different name. I know it sounds evangelical when I say this, but blogging has changed my life. It's a pleasure and a privelege, and I don't think I'm ever gonna stop.

Happy blog birthday!

Congratulations and happy anniversary from a fairly new reader. I've been enjoying your blog for a couple months now.

I admire your perseverance. I'm sure it's not easy sometimes to keep it going, and to share some of your innermost thoughts, but I'm glad that you love it. I love reading it.

A very happy blog birthday to you!
The description to your original blog home cracked me up:
"An Urban Hipster Hippie Mama..."
:D
Your blog surprises me. Just when I think I know what to expect, you write a post that is different and keeps me from boxing you into any one category. (Which I unconsciously do with blogs.)
May you long continue!

Three years old! I wonder how much that would be in Blog Years?
Congrats, doll.
