un milagro

A strange and wonderful phenomenon ocurred last night for which I have no explanation. I set my alarm, I went to sleep, and the next thing I know, I am awoken by...the alarm! Not by the neighbors squeaking the wooden floors above, not by strange noises coming from the kitchen, not by the kidlet calling out, "Mom! Can I come sleep with you?", but by the beep-beep-beep of my alarm. I can't remember the last time that has happened--a full night's sleep on a school night. Truly, I am blessed.
